"I’ve been an amateur runner for years, completing many half marathons with a most recent personal best of 1:47. In 2022, I began endurance training after securing a place in the London Marathon, finishing in 4:52 with no real knowledge of nutrition or structured training. Determined to break 4 hours, I improved to 4:11 in two subsequent marathons in 2023 and early 2024, but always hit the same wall at 36/37 km.
