My name is Dino Lentzakis, and endurance sports have truly transformed my life. I am an Ironman World Championship athlete, having competed in the Ironman World Champs in Nice in 2023. Currently, I am an IRONMAN U Certified Coachand hold a British Triathlon Foundation Level coaching qualification.

I discovered triathlon a few years ago and fell in love with the process of progress and the challenges of endurance events. Being a coached athlete myself has shown me the immense value a coach can bring to this demanding journey.

I decided to become a coach to share my knowledge and passion for the sport and help my athletes achieve their goals.
